I swam
about 10 or so freestyle laps today. The pool was quite crowded, so I did not
get to do that many laps. I did about 2 laps in breaststroke and also did just
the “feet/body” part of the butterfly stroke for 2 laps. I feel that my left
arm in doing freestyle is doing much better now and it now feels less awkward
to breathe from that side.
