Today we went back to having normal
practice. As the Christmas break is coming up very soon, today’s practice is an
optional practice, and the final practice that we will have until we meet again
in January. Today’s practice focused on conditioning, and so we did drills such
as running around the soccer field while the last runner has to outrun the
first runner for a number of laps.
