Creativity: Piano Lessons
Due
to a number of events that have been happening, I have not had regular piano
lessons for some time. At today’s lesson, I placed a sonatina by J. L. Dussek,
which is no. 1 from opus 20. I also am still playing Humoreske, which I find
quite difficult to play because of the moving left hand which always jumps back
and forth quite a distance. I need to therefore be more careful about the notes
that I sometimes still mess up because of the jumping back and forth. I also
played “Amazing Grace” using simple cord patterns, starting in the key G,
moving to C, and then finally to F.
